How does Ordering Work?

All cookies are available through pre-order only, placed on our website.Orders open every Monday at 9 AM and remain open until Wednesday at 9 PM. Quantities are limited, so we recommend ordering early to secure your pick-up slot!

Why can’t I place an order right now?

If items appear as sold out on our website, it means we’ve reached our order limit for the week. We have a limited number of cookie boxes available each week, and once they’re gone — they’re gone! Pre-orders reopen every Monday at 9 AM, closes on Wednesday at 9 PM, so be sure to check back early to secure your order.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate bulk, event, or corporate orders. Please email us at Foodwithfoos@outlook.com with your event details, and we’ll get back to you with options.

Do you ship cookies?

Currently, we do not offer shipping for our cookies. We’re focused on local pick-up, and you can pre-order online for weekly pick-up. However, we’re exploring shipping options for the future, so stay tuned!

Are your cookies nut-free?

We offer cookie flavours that do not contain nuts. However, since our bakery handles nuts, cross-contamination is possible. For those with serious nut allergies, we do not recommend ordering. Please contact us for more details if you have concerns.
 
Do you offer halal, gluten-free, or vegan options?

Currently, all our cookies are halal-certified. However, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options at this time. If we expand our menu to include these options in the future, we will be sure to announce it.
 
How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container or ziplock bag. They will stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature. For longer freshness, you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
